Spaghetti Bolognaise

After some mis-hits, I headed back to the classics to redeem my cooking mojo. Spaghetti Bolognaise. Its delicious and I know the way I like it:

Brown the onions and a clove of garlic.
Add the meat, and brown it.
Add red wine.
Add chopped fresh tomatoes.
Season.
Add basil.
Leave to simmer for at least 1.5 hours.

Serve with more basil, spaghetti and parmesan.
